I’ve been wanting to do a podcast for a very long time!

Mainly, I just love talking to our clients and I figured we might as well record some of these amazing conversations. I’m curious, inspired and motivated by their journey. I’ve gotten the upmost pleasure of going out with some of our clients and enjoying a cocktail, all while having some incredible discussions. The idea of the bar, it’s just the setting for a relaxed and casual conversation. Nothing rehearsed, just two like-minded inviduals sharing stories, some of our failures and some of our victories.

Our audience will always be people who Hustle hard!
Not just small business owners and entrepreneurs, but anyone out there who is on a journey of growth and success.

Our guests will always be from different industries but they all have certain similarities. The path was not easy, they Hustled hard to get where they are today and they continue to work hard to achieve their new goals and aspirations. This journey doesn’t have an end point.

Our audience may be people who are looking for that motivation from regular hard-working individuals; someone they can relate to, someone they can casually run into at the bar!

I’m hoping our audience gets more than just motivation. I don’t just want this conversation to be motivational and inspirational. I’d like to get some concrete advice out there for people. Some facts about specific industries, the journey, the failures, and even the monetary success that some of our clients have seen.

I want the conversation to set a realistic set of expectations for our audience. I want them to leave the podcast with some clarity on certain questions that are just too difficult to Google!

I love the word, I have it tattoed on my body with no negative connotation to it! By the Webster dictionary:

I’ve been Hustling all my life. I started Royal Ink 13 years ago; I Hustled. I pushed through the hardest of times. I forced forward roughly without fear or hesitation. I moved and worked rapidly and tirelessly, day and night consistently, non-stop with one tunnel vision goal to succeed. No plan B on my equation, I remained all in!

This podcast is for those who have Hustled just as hard.

This is still the Royal Ink Hustle Podcast. Royal Ink is the priority!

We are not trying to become full time podcasters and stop Royal Ink. Our goal is for this to be an avenue to grow Royal Ink, to showcase the BADASS clients we call our friends, to let them share their story and motivate others just as they motivate us.

We want to practice what we preach, we want to continue to market ourselves and evolve as an agency. We figured we might as well have fun while we do it!
